Installation & service

We install the machine and we come back when it needs us

Buying the equipment is the easy part. What decides whether your kitchen keeps running is who installs it, who trains your staff, and who picks up the phone when it stops working on a busy Saturday. That part is ours.

Same-week callouts In Accra and Tema for machines we supplied
Parts held locally Belts, elements, thermostats, gas valves
Staff training included On every installation, at no extra cost

What we do

From the drawing to the day you open

You can take the whole job from us, or just the part you need help with. Most customers start with a layout and end up keeping us on for servicing.

Kitchen design and layout

We plan where each machine sits so your staff are not walking into each other, and so gas, water and power reach the right points.

  • Measured floor plan
  • Workflow from delivery to service
  • Power, gas and drainage points marked
  • Equipment list with costs

Delivery and installation

We bring the machine, place it, connect it and run it in front of you before we leave. Heavy items are our problem, not yours.

  • Delivery to your door
  • Positioning and levelling
  • Electrical and gas connection
  • Test run and handover

Commissioning and training

Your cooks and cleaners are shown how to run the machine and how to clean it without damaging it. Most breakdowns we see start here.

  • Settings explained in plain language
  • Daily cleaning routine
  • What not to do
  • Manual and warranty papers handed over

Repairs and breakdowns

Tell us what the machine is doing and send a short video if you can. We often know the part before the technician leaves the office.

  • Fault diagnosis
  • On-site repair
  • Workshop repair for smaller units
  • Written report on what failed

Planned maintenance

Scheduled visits so problems are found while the kitchen is quiet, instead of during service on a Friday night.

  • Monthly, quarterly or half-yearly
  • Belts, seals, gas and electrical checks
  • Deep clean of burners and filters
  • Report after each visit

Spare parts

We keep the parts that fail most often for the machines we sell, so a repair does not wait three weeks on a shipment.

  • Belts, elements and thermostats
  • Gas valves and burners
  • Motors, gearboxes and bearings
  • Blades, hooks and bowls

How it works

Four steps, no surprises on the bill

You know the cost before we start. If a repair turns out not to be worth it, we will tell you that instead of charging you for it.

  1. You call or message

Tell us the machine, what it is doing wrong, and where you are. A photo or short video helps us more than a long explanation.

  2. We quote the visit

You get the callout cost and, where we can already tell, the likely parts. Nothing starts until you agree.

  3. A technician comes

We book a time that suits your service hours, including early mornings before you open.

  4. You get it in writing

What was wrong, what was replaced, and what to watch for next. Useful when the machine is still under warranty.

Ways to work with us

Call us when it breaks, or before it does

Where we work

Accra and Tema first, the rest of the country by arrangement

Our technicians are based in Accra, so callouts there and in Tema are quickest. For other regions we plan the visit around delivery runs, which keeps the travel cost down for you. Tell us where you are and we will be honest about how soon we can reach you.

  • Accra
  • Tema
  • Kasoa
  • Kumasi
  • Takoradi
  • Cape Coast
  • Elsewhere on request

Questions we get

The things people ask before they call

Do you service machines you did not sell?
Yes. Send us the make, model and a photo of the rating plate. If it is something we cannot get parts for, we will say so before you pay for a visit.
How much does a callout cost?
It depends on where you are and what the machine is. You get the figure before the technician sets off, and parts are quoted separately once the fault is confirmed.
Is installation included when I buy a machine?
For most machines in Accra and Tema, yes, along with staff training. For other regions and for larger jobs such as cold rooms, it is quoted with the machine so there is no surprise later.
How long do spare parts take?
Common parts for machines we supply are usually in stock, so the repair happens on the visit. Anything we have to order is given a date before you commit.
Can you come before we open in the morning?
Yes, and it is usually the better option. Tell us your service hours and we will work around them rather than through them.
What about warranty repairs?
If the machine came from us and is still inside its warranty, covered faults are repaired at no charge. Damage from misuse or bad cleaning is not covered, which is why we train your staff on day one.

Book a visit, or ask us what it will cost

Tell us the machine and the problem. If it is simple, we will often tell you how to fix it yourself over the phone.
